Our mission is to make getting safe, effective abortion care as easy and stress free as possible.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit many clinics were forced to shut their doors. The abortion provider community immediately began to rethink how we could continue to deliver high quality, safe care to people who needed an abortion. Across the country providers began follow the self-managed abortion model of successful pioneers such as Women on Web where abortion pills were directly mailed to a pregnant person's home without them ever having to set foot in a clinic. In October of 2021 Pills by Post joined the movement and we have since made it possible for hundreds of women to have abortion pills also called Plan C pills mailed directly to their doorstep. We currently serve all of Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and New York. Our highest volume of customers come from Chicago, the New York City Metropolitan Area (Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island, Minneapolis, Denver and Aurora. We provide a free consultation to determine if you are eligible to take the medication and then we send a prescription to a licensed US pharmacy who will then mail the medication directly to you. The abortion pill cost is $150 or less.

Pills by Post is currently staffed by Razel Remen, MD who is a family medicine physician and who is fellowship trained in advanced reproductive health and abortion care. Dr. Remen is currently licensed in New York, Minnesota, Colorado and Illinois. She has been providing medical and surgical abortions since 2015 and believes that abortion is normal, and should be private and easy to access.
